How should I store my Albury Vineyard wine?
To maintain the quality of our organic wines, store bottles in a cool, dark place with a consistent temperature, ideally between 10-13°C. Keep bottles on their side to ensure the cork remains moist.
Do you offer nationwide shipping?
Yes, we offer nationwide delivery across the UK. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, and we provide tracked shipping notifications for every order.
Are your wines suitable for vegans and vegetarians?
Yes, all wines produced at Albury Vineyard are certified organic and are 100% suitable for both vegans and vegetarians as we do not use animal-derived fining agents.
What is your policy on damaged or corked bottles?
We take great pride in our quality. If you receive a damaged bottle or believe a wine is corked, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with a photo of the issue for a full replacement or refund.
Can I include a personalized gift message with my order?
Absolutely. During the checkout process, you will find a 'Gift Message' field where you can enter a personalized note which we will hand-write and include in the package.
Do you offer local pickup from the vineyard?
Yes, 'Click and Collect' is available for customers who wish to pick up their orders directly from our vineyard shop during standard opening hours.
