Our first Silent Pool white wine will be released during Surrey Hills Wine Week, at the Albury Wine Festival on 7th June.

Silent Pool 2025 is an elegant, fresh, pale white wine made from a blend of organic Seyval Blanc and Pinot grapes with peach and rhubarb aromas. The wine is balances by a clean minerality and crisp acidity, with a long mouth-watering finish. Ideal as a Summer aperitif and for al fresco dining.

Silent Pool is a lake of crystal clear water adjacent to the vineyard. Natural filtration leaves the water completely clear with a lovely blue-green colour. According to local legend, a beautiful young maiden drowned there, escaping from the clutches of King John, and now haunts the Silent Pool.
